At The Academy of Excellence, our mission is to cultivate a culture of excellence where students are empowered to stand out as Christ- like leaders in every facet of their lives. 

In 1993, Faith Christian Family Church felt the call of God to provide an opportunity for the children of Carrol County to receive and excellent education  while also growing in leadership and cultivating their relationship with Christ. By saying "yes" to what God wanted from them, the Academy of Excellence was born. 

What started as a single pre-k class in 1993 has blossomed into a fully functioning pre-k through 10th grade accredited christian school that is still founded on the principals to provide an excellent education where every student becomes a Christ-like leader.

From its humble beginnings, AOE has watched students year after year succeed in whatever they put their hands to. We have seen our students become Doctors, lawyers, teachers, entrepreneurs and most importantly, children who grew into adults still loving the Lord and those around them.

Teaching Staff

Pastors Chad and Christine Hill are the head pastors of FCFC. They have been with FCFC since 2017. They are 1998 graduates from Rhema Bible Training Center.

Mrs. Hill-Barnard has been with AOE since 2018. She began as the kindergarten teacher and has been in the role of Principal since 2021. Mrs. Hilly-B, as some call her, graduated with her associates in Agri Leadership from Oklahoma State and is completing her Masters in Education Leadership from the American College of Education.
